Two duplicate half-plate daguerreotypes in leather cases of Edward Wigglesworth (1804-1876), attributed to the photographer John Adams Whipple and taken ca. 1844. Attached to the inside of the case of Photo. 1.163 is a note in an unknown hand that identifies the photograph.
